At Nines Health & Fitness Club CIC (NHFC), we deliver structured, community-based health initiatives designed to support prevention, wellbeing, and long-term behaviour change across Brent.
We work alongside GP practices, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), social prescribers, and healthcare professionals to provide safe, inclusive, non-clinical pathways that help residents take control of their health.
Supporting Prevention & Health Equity
Our initiatives are aligned with Integrated Care Board (ICB) priorities and PCN objectives, including:
Prevention and early intervention
Reducing health inequalities
Supporting cardio-renal-metabolic health
Tackling social isolation
Improving mental wellbeing
Encouraging patient self-management
We recognise that many patients do not always need additional clinical treatment they need structured support, encouragement, accountability, and connection.
That is where we come in.
